7.2 As a general guide:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
• Transaction and gaming records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA.
• Customer support records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the last support interaction.
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud investigation purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as you have consented to receive marketing communications and for a reasonable period thereafter as evidence of consent.
