1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "playphp," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the playphp online gaming platform at https://playphp.asia.
• "Platform" means the playphp website, any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, software applications, and all related services made available by playphp.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash value offered by playphp subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that authorizes and supervises gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1Age Requirement. The playphp Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement reflects the minimum legal gambling age applicable in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 21+

2.2Residency. playphp services are intended for Philippine residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk. playphp reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from Restricted Jurisdictions at any time without notice.

2.3Registration Requirements. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You must also submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID) for age and identity verification.

2.4One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. playphp reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings.

2.5Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify playphp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. playphp shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

2.6Prohibited Persons. The following persons may not register an Account or use the Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by PAGCOR directive from gambling services; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of playphp or its affiliated game suppliers; and (d) individuals located in Restricted Jurisdictions.

3. Account Rules

3.1Accuracy of Information. You must ensure that all information provided to playphp — at registration and throughout the life of your Account — is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You must promptly notify playphp of any changes to your personal details, including your email address, mobile number, or residential address.

3.2KYC Verification. playphp may at any time require you to submit additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.3Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your Account for any purpose.

3.4Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. playphp may apply an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive Account balances after providing written notice to the registered email address. Balances that reach zero will result in Account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1Currency. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). playphp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

4.2Accepted Payment Methods. playphp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, and Philippine bank transfers through BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

4.3Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts are subject to change with notice.

4.4Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.5Own Funds Requirement. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. playphp cooperates fully with Philippine authorities on any investigation into suspected money laundering or financial fraud involving the Platform.

4.6Withdrawal Holds. playphp reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of ongoing KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement fulfillment, or investigation of suspected irregular activity. Players will be notified of the reason for any hold within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1Game Rules. Each game available on the playphp Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly concerning that game's mechanics and outcomes.

5.2Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or software error during gameplay, playphp's gaming system logs shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. playphp reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes where a malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected a game outcome. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

5.3Bet Finality. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed in the game interface, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified. Players are responsible for verifying bet amounts before confirmation.

5.4RNG Fairness. All non-live games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The use of certified RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by any party.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by playphp are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are required to read the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.

6.2One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6.3Abuse and Fraud. playphp actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; colluding with other players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; and any other scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, playphp reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to terminate the Account.

6.4Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. playphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before it has been claimed by a Player, the Player shall have no entitlement to that bonus.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playphp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known glitch are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes in any game type, including live poker or baccarat side-betting arrangements.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification processes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is or may be in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal functioning of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxy services, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 The playphp brand name, logo, website design, software, content, trademarks, and all other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are owned by or licensed to playphp. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of playphp.

8.2 Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and SA Gaming). playphp holds licenses to distribute such content and does not claim ownership over third-party game assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1Service Availability. playphp does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond playphp's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

9.2Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if playphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss and that playphp provides no guarantee of winnings. You accept all responsibility for your gambling decisions and acknowledge that the Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by playphp is governed by the playphp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on how playphp handles your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1By playphp. playphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances involving suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, regulatory direction, or failure to complete required KYC verification. Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

11.2By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting playphp support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, playphp will verify your identity and process any remaining Balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and compliance with withdrawal terms. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

11.3Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 playphp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its Filipino player base. We recognize that while gaming is entertainment for most players, problem gambling can cause real harm to individuals and families — and we take our obligations seriously.

12.2 playphp provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over defined time periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and amount wagered during your current session.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the playphp Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

13.2Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and playphp, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate channels under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.

13.3PAGCOR Complaints. Players who have exhausted playphp's internal dispute resolution process and remain dissatisfied may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

playphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, playphp will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered Account email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
